Flagships mean higher price for a not so perfect phone. But the thing is, the budget devices which are the most convincing.

1) LG Nexus 5 2015
Why are we excited? Because this is gonna be compact. If it can bring top notch specs with top notch performance, than this can easily be a better sub 30K device, than the Two.
2) Moto X Style
Launched a few weeks back, Motorola's flagship is stealing the show with an improved 21MP Camera, 3 GB Ram and a 5.7" Quad HD Display. The Stock Android Experience improves the overall use as well. It's not in launched in India yet, But if you can be in the queue of the invites, you can wait for this one too.
3) OnePlus One
The 2014 Flagship Killer. Launched in 2014, and still a steal for $300. Not alot of improvements are present on the Two over the One, so buying this, is not a bad decision.
