Udio Wallet App Review: Worth a Try?

Meet Udio, an app that comes from the Mumbai-based Transerv Private Limited which is a leading payments leading company. The founders of TranServ came together to improve the digital payment landscape in the country. It started with designing and providing payments technology to its banking partners which included a pre-paid payment platform, mobile virtual cards and a payments switch supporting VISA and RuPay programs. The company is now working towards creating a ubiquitous payments platform for both consumers and brands by merging delight, joy and convenience with transactions that are swift, easy, social and above all, integrated within a most secure payment infrastructure.

Udio, is yet another wallet app that hit the market a few months back. There are already so many famous and vast apps out there that offer such stuff well before Udio was even born, with a more polished interface and use. Apps like Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge etc. with almost the same personality. So, why should you consider using the Udio Application? Let's find out.

INSTALLATION & AVAILABILITY:

The Udio app is available on Android as well as iOS. The Installation on both is fairly simple, you just need to head to the Play Store/ App Store and install the app.
...

SETUP:

When the app opens up for the first time, the app asks you to either register or log in. As per the registration is concerned, the app asks you to either sign up with Facebook, Google or directly enter your details to create a new account for the application. Registration is rather simple as well. Once you are done with registration, you need to verify your mobile number to get started using the app.

LOOK, FEEL & UI:

The app has a red theme and a fairly simple User Interface. The design is pretty minimalistic with not a lot of options to explore. The Material design of the app is pretty eye-catchy. According to me, this app has the best Material UI amongst all the wallet apps out there.

Inside the App:

Online payment porals are becoming the need of the hour. Udio is yet another app that provides wallet facility to it's users. The mobile wallet app developed by Transerv has all the potential to be one of the best digital payment portals, offering highly social, community-driven payment structure.

Using Udio, you will be able to recharge your DTH or mobile phones, and even pay other bills. The payment process is pretty simple and anyone who has used online payment portals will face no problems using this app.

You can also plan out tasks to do inside the app, such as paying a certain bill etc.

Udio is also offering a card of their service with association with RBL Bank which also has some offers with BookMyShow that you might wanna look at.

This is another app that aims at providing customers what they're looking for, it is easy to use, and definitely attractive.

This mobile wallet has all the potential in the world to be the best Wallet out there in the market. It just needs tid bits of Refinements and more features which will take time for sure.

The partnership with major brands is really good, which will expand with time. This app is in it's infancy right now, you can expect this app being among the top apps for wallet uses for it's minimal design and user friendly-ness. You should definitely try it out.

App Rating: 4/5
