Companies are opting for small computers for students which are cheap and fast. PC's for students being the theme, Google has collaborated with several companies. One of them being Samsung, who are willing to offer students laptops not running windows, instead Google's Chrome OS which doesn't have a lot of capability, but quite fit if you are willing to browse the internet, play some movies and edit documents for a small price.
This is the Samsung XE303C12 Series Chromebook
This is Samsung's offering for Google's Chrome OS Based laptop computers.
On Paper, the Chromebook packs some not so impressive specifications, but what counts is the usage, and here, the Chromebook steals the deal.
Overview & Specifications:
The Samsung XE303C12 is powered by Samsung's very own Exynos 5250 Mobile CPU, coupled with 2 GB RAM and just 16 GB of on-board storage.
This isn't very cool, but they also give you two USB Ports out of which one is USB 3.0 . and one USB 2.0 . You also get a 3 in 1 SD Card Slot for Expansion and an optional Sim Tray on the back followed by a HDMI Port, a DC Charging port and a LED Light indicating that the Chromebook is charging.
On Left, you're offered a 3.5 mm Headphone Jack and the 3 in 1 SD Card Slot.
Inclusion of the Headphone jack is quite appropriate. The front and Right are simple plain.
Looking at the Display, you have a 11.6" HD LED Display with a default resolution of 1366x768 which can be changed up to 1536x864 but I would prefer the default resolution cause that looks perfect on the small display.
Talking about the display, it can get very bright and also very dim. A Dope display doe.
The Chromebook's screen can be tilted up to an angle of 120°.
This is a low point as I do love tilting the screen a lot.
We also have a touch pad which has a 100% click surface which is quite hard to press.
Tapping with two fingers gives you the right click option, you can scroll top to bottom by pressing both of your fingers down to go down and up to go up.

The keyboard as well as the touch pad both are oversized, the keys of the keyboard have a lot of room between them which can be both a good point for some people and bad thing for the others. Personally, I'm cool for me.
Only one key out of the 74 keys are sorta backlit, not backlit but has a small LED - the Power Key.
You also have some keys specific to Chrome OS such as controlling brightness, music, reloading, going back and forth in web pages and searching your chromebook for various things.
The Laptop also has a 0.3 Megapixel Camera for Skyping which is kinda bad.
The speakers are located on the back hand side of the laptop which isn't the best place because if the chromebook is in your palm or something(which it will most probably be), you'll have the distorted sound of the dual speakers.
